Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

We want you to be happy with your Dziris fragrance. If something is not right, we will help.

Returns

You can request a return within 14 days of delivery.
Returned bottles must be unopened, unused and in original packaging.
To start a return, message us on WhatsApp at +92 300 0244497 or email info@dziris.com with your order number and the reason. Include a copy of your invoice with the parcel.

Exchanges

Exchanges follow the same unopened-bottle condition and time limit.
For change-of-mind exchanges, the customer covers return shipping and shipping for the replacement order.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days of us receiving the returned product.
Refunds go back to the original payment method where possible.
Tester and sample products are not refundable.

Damaged, leaking or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will cover return shipping and arrange a replacement or refund.
